Cliffside Industries today announced the arrival of its new BH3A-NM hinge line. These new hinges are manufactured and finished by the same companies that make every hinge offering in the hardware line. This new hinge offers a longer barrel (3½”) and leaf (2½”) which is excellent for use in the construction and hanging of larger-sized cabinet doors. Each hinge is fully adjustable and countersunk to meet the exacting standards that Cliffside’s customers demand. In addition, the barrel diameter (¼”) is identical to that of the BH2A-NM hinge, making it seamlessly easy to use both sizes in the same application without fretting over style differences.

“In the same way that our BH3NA hinge offers a bolder alternative for those customer seeking a mortised hinge, the new BH3A-NM offers a larger size for those manufacturers who prefer not to have to mortise their doors,” said one customer service representative.

Cliffside offers eleven standard hinge finishes available to choose from: Antique Brass and Antique English, Black, Iron, Old Antique, Old Copper, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel, Silver Satin and Venetian Bronze. Cliffside Industries is proud to announce that it now has 11 finishes available in the BH2A hinge without a finial. This is an expansion of the line due to overwhelming customer demand for additional selections.

Cliffside Industries’ Antique English finish, added to the hinge line in March, was recently made available in a non-finial style as the BH2A-AE-NF. Now, Cliffside introduces four new finishes of non-finial hinges: Iron, Old Copper, Polished Chrome, and Venetian Bronze.

Cliffside Industries today announced it celebrated 23 years of family ownership and operation on April 28, 2009. Best known for its flagship high quality line of solid brass cabinet hinges, knobs and pulls, Cliffside marks its milestone anniversary with the introduction of a new line of solid brass 8”cc oversized pulls, a new Venetian Bronze finish, six new products, over 300 new items, and four new hardware suites. In its 23rd year, Cliffside celebrated another milestone by offering all 10 of its standard finishes on all signature-line solid brass hardware. Cliffside Industries is now offering a ball tip finial in addition to our proprietary signature finial in the BH2A series mortised hinges and in the BH2A-NM series non-mortised hinges.

Cliffside Industries is also adding two new finishes to the hinge line: Antique English and Venetian Bronze. Antique English (AE) is a brushed dark brass finish that matches with Cliffside’s Antique Brass knobs, pulls and latches. Venetian Bronze (VB) features a dark brown color with brushed copper undertones and will soon be available in all of our most popular hardware pieces. Both of these finishes will be available on the BH2A and BH2A-NM lines, the BH2A-BALL and BH2A-NM-BALL lines, and the BH3NA line.

While the ⅜” offset hinge is new neither to the industry nor to this company, Cliffside Industries is proud to announce that the size of this line has now doubled. Four new finishes will be available in this hinge style, including Flat Black, Old Antique, Polished Nickel and Venetian Bronze (see below for images). These four finishes are new in addition to the four that we have carried for several years: Antique Brass, Polished Brass, Oxidized Brass, and Silver Satin.

The newest finish in the line is Venetian Bronze, soon to be available in all of our most popular hardware styles. The finish is characterized by a rich brown color with a burnished copper undertone.
